We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

As a Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end projects from inception to project closure. This includes managing delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project progress, risks, financials are managed. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of milestones, and identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

You will adopt and share standards, tools, best practices, principles for cost, quality, and productivity improvement. You will work within project controls and procedures, within established quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in IT project manager role and (5+ years) in development role
  • Proficiency in project and delivery management with large/medium scale deliverables with strong track record
  • Experience working in SDLC / Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience leading teammates to implement business needs and reviewing teammate deliverables to ensure high quality
  • Proven project experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Strong understanding of front-end build tools and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Basic knowledge in programming language (e.g., Java, Python, AS400)
  • A successful history of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively
  • Experience in banking systems would be an advantage
  • Cantonese would be an advantage
  • CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications would be an advantage
