We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist in the Technology department, focusing on Data Technology.
As a Consultant Specialist, you will have a significant impact on our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis and Insights:
Collect and analyze cloud-based data from various sources. Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Translate data findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Data Modeling:
Create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Work with data analysts to define data requirements and design data models. Collaborate with the development team to ensure database design meets application needs.
- Quality Assurance and Data Integrity:
Conduct data quality checks and address any issues. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Implement data governance practices.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Explore new ways to enhance data analysis and modeling capabilities. Contribute to the evolution of our data ecosystem.
To qualify for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or modeling.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Data Studio, etc.).
- Exposure to machine learning concepts is a plus.
Desirable skills include:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker).
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
