Description
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of the company's entire technological infrastructure. You will act as a strategic link between the business and technology, leading key projects, coordinating with Global IT, managing resources, suppliers, and budget, and guaranteeing operational continuity in a constantly evolving environment.
Areas of Responsibility
Availability and System Stability
Ensure the correct functioning of networks, servers, and cloud environments,ratelining maintenance and resolving critical incidents to ensure service continuity.
Cybersecurity
Implement cybersecurity policies, manage backups and contingency plans, and serve as the local security reference point (CISO).
Project Leadership
Plan and execute implementations, migrations, and improvements; define requirements with business areas; and manage costs, risks, and deadlines.
Corporate System and Application Management
Monitor the performance of SAP, C4C, O365, and other key systems, ensuring alignment with Global IT and evaluating new technological tools.
Technical Support and User Experience
Guarantee an effective helpdesk, monitor KPIs, and improve incident resolution processes.
Supplier and Contract Management
Negotiate with local suppliers, manage licenses and renewals, and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Budget Control
Manage purchases and investments, administer the annual IT budget, and optimize costs by evaluating ROI.
Technological Strategy and Digitalization
Identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement and define the technological strategy aligned with the business.
People Management
Lead and develop the team, promoting good practices, continuous training, and a solid technological culture.
