The Role
As a SAFE AGILE Expert, you will be accountable for ensuring new and existing teams are enabled to deliver business impact by establishing SAFE AGILE regimes and introducing sustainable agile behaviours. You will achieve this through coaching, constructive challenge and sharing personal experiences with our clients and your teams.
Beyond delivery ownership, you are serving as trusted advisor, facilitator, coach, and trainer: You will coach inclusively, encouraging creativity and problem-solving techniques, building and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients.
About You
- You are an expert in SAFE AGILE and/or Scrum, Scale, SAFE, LeSS and related methodologies who has successfully implemented SAFE AGILE regimes in different cultures and environments, supporting teams of varying size and complexity. Accompanying certifications as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM), Product Owner, or Release Train Engineer are nice-to-have
- You have demonstratable experience in implementing large scale digital solutions and platforms in multi-vendor environments
- You are comfortable challenging and advising our clients, in a way that encourages them to improve and embed new ways of working
- You have a good understanding of customer interaction technology stacks such as Salesforce, Adobe and SAP Hybris and their re-usability principles
- You offer excellent training, moderation, and facilitation skills
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
