Digital Manufacturing and MES Transformation Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manufacturing and MES Transformation Lead to join our Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics consulting practice.

This role focuses on helping Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharma clients modernize their manufacturing operations through process standardization, MES implementation, ERP integration, and wider digital manufacturing transformation.

You will work with senior business stakeholders, plant teams, and technology specialists to translate strategic objectives into practical manufacturing and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital manufacturing transformation programs for CPG and Pharma clients.
• Advise clients on manufacturing process optimization, standardization, and technology enablement.
• Lead or support MES design and implementation across manufacturing environments.
• Work across shop-floor systems, MES, and ERP platforms to ensure effective end-to-end integration.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, plant leadership, business teams, and technical teams.
• Help define target operating models, process designs, solution roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and client discussions where required.

About You:

• Experience in manufacturing technology, MES, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or manufacturing transformation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and value chains.
• Experience working with CPG, Pharma, or other process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Plex, Apriso, GE Digital, or similar.
• Understanding of ERP manufacturing modules such as production, quality, and maintenance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
• Consulting experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates from industry, system integrators, or technology vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
