Senior Consultant - Master Data Governance (MDG) - Germany

We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Master Data Governance (MDG) to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a MDG senior consultant, your role will include advising clients on data governance strategy, identifying business cases for MDG, leading large teams, and steering clients in selecting relevant technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with system/application owners and technical teams on compliance and data governance topics
• Advise clients on data governance strategy to ensure quality, consistency, and security of data
• Identify business cases for MDG that contribute to clients' topline/cost reduction
• Lead large teams comprising experts in different domains and technologies
• Visualize processes for client-specific offerings around data consolidation, data cleansing, and data governance
• Steer clients in selecting relevant technologies and showcase expertise in MDG, integrations, ERP, and CRM

Requirements:

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) and English
• Application/domain expertise, ability to lead workshops, and assume front-end roles at client locations
• Expertise on Master data topics around Finance, Customer, Supplier, and Material data
• Technology enthusiasm to complement business domain expertise
• Extensive industry experience in CPG & Retail
• Consulting experience in MDG in SAP or other MDG products
• Experience working with multi-cultural teams across multi-locations
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills along with a sound technical understanding
