Associate Partner - SURE - Germany

Infosys Consulting is seeking an Associate Partner with Power and Utilities industry experience in Germany.

The successful candidate will play a defining role within the expanding Utilities industry segment, focusing on developing new business opportunities, shaping solutions for clients, and delivering strategic programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and shape solutions for clients
• Deliver strategic programs and drive execution excellence
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Work with European Utilities Industry team to develop, shape, sell, and deliver client advisory and technology-enabled transformation engagements

Requirements:

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English to a minimum level of C1 proficiency
• Experience with established and emerging technologies relevant to the industry, such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud4Utilities, Microsoft Industry Solutions, Salesforce, Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI
• Successful business development history, including exposure to various aspects of a typical sales cycle
