Senior Analytics Consulting Manager

Our Analytics Consulting team specialises in providing advanced analytics solutions to healthcare organisations, leveraging real-world data to drive insights and decision-making.

As a Senior Analytics Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in scoping analyses, driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• Translating ambiguous business questions into tractable data analysis projects
• Interpreting and investigating data and statistical questions that arise through the delivery of client work
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings

In your first 12 months, you will have:

• Successfully delivered complex analytics projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations
• Built strong, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
• Conducted statistical analyses, constructed and fit mathematical models, answered questions using complex datasets
• Implemented process improvements that enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the Analytics Consulting team
• Developed the skills and capabilities of team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture
• Contributed to the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts
• Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare analytics, both internally and externally, through presentations, publications, and industry events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualisation
