In collaboration with experienced colleagues, supplemented by comprehensive training programs and a global community, you will actively and independently design change projects for customers.
The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead change management packages independently and proactively in our customer projects, work closely with colleagues and customer-side contact partners, and represent work results to our clients.
In addition, you will support the continuous development of our change management methodologies and be involved in sales activities.
Our Expectations
We are looking for colleagues with existing change management experience:
- Knowledge and experience of common change management methods and approaches
- Communication talent and team player
- Language: German and English, additional languages are beneficial in our international working environment
- Practical experience in change management projects, ideally in large, multinational projects in a consulting context (e.g., management consulting, in-house consulting, etc.) with a focus on IT-driven change
Ideal candidates also have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Agile working methods and techniques
- Training and coaching experience
- Practical experience in one or more industries
- Experience in creating and presenting consulting offers
- Independent work in a matrix team structure
