Oracle ERP - Senior Program Lead

We are seeking a Senior Program Lead for Oracle ERP at Infosys Consulting in Paris. As a consulting account anchor, you will be responsible for sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programmes at key clients. Your role involves shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions, overseeing delivery, identifying new business opportunities, and managing proposal development.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions to senior stakeholders
• Oversee delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in large-scale transformation programmes
• Identify new business opportunities and manage proposal development
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Applications
• Ensure consistent delivery of services and develop processes to evaluate business risks
• Operate successfully within a service and/or consulting organization, mentoring teams of consultants
• Coordinate relationship building activities across teams on each client engagement
• Take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins
• Provide stewardship to subordinate managers and guide their professional growth

• Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills
• Extensive programme and delivery management skills
• Established networks and relationships in relevant activities and industries
• Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations
• Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services
• Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications
