Description
As a member of our global Life Sciences team, you will be working in one of our German offices. Your responsibilities will include project management, team leadership, and building strong relationships within and outside the company. You will contribute to business growth through high-quality results and effective customer work.
Your tasks will include:
Developing modern QC strategies and target images in regulated environments (GxP), from sampling to batch release Optimizing laboratory processes and analytics (routine, stability, microbiology) through lean, digitalization, and end-to-end approaches under consideration of GxP requirements Optimizing QC organizations, laboratory networks, and operational models to increase efficiency, flexibility, and scalability Establishing KPI-based control systems to improve performance, resource utilization, and transparency in laboratory operations Designing laboratories of the future (e.g., LIMS, automation, paperless lab, AI solutions, planning) Optimizing deviation, OOS/OOT, and CAPA processes and improving quality systems sustainably
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in quality control in the GxP environment (pharma/biotech) In-depth practice in analytics, method validation, and laboratory processes Familiarity with EU-GMP, FDA, ICH, and common QC processes (deviation, CAPA, OOS/OOT) Experience with digital laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS) is an advantage Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills, additional language skills are an advantage High travel readiness for domestic and international trips
