  • You will be accountable for business development in the OCM area and will conduct pre-sales activities, including creating offers, preparing and leading presentations, negotiating contracts with customers, and building and maintaining an excellent customer network.
  • You will design and implement go-to-market strategies by anticipating future market needs and leading company-wide development initiatives.
  • You will conceive and develop OCM services for change management strategies and programs for our customers, including conducting change impact analyses, developing change management, communication, and training plans, evaluating change readiness, and managing change champion networks.
  • You will design and implement change processes in scaled agile organisational environments in large and complex international transformation programs for our customers, covering all aspects from strategic roadmap design to organisational design, process definition, and system integration.
  • You will build and maintain a sustainable customer relationship and act as a trusted advisor on a C-level.
  • You will appear as a Vordenker for the Organizational Change-Management Team and build the team in terms of staff, methodology, and expertise.

Your Qualifications

  • You will have proven success in customer development across all phases of the sales cycle, including pipeline management, offer creation, and the implementation of end-to-end transformation programs that cover all aspects of change management, such as developing change strategies, stakeholder management, developing change networks, effective communication strategies, conducting change impact analyses, and organisational design.
  • You will have a comprehensive understanding of organisational dynamics and relationships and how to transform individual stakeholder segments (end customers, intermediaries, marketing and sales, business support functions) to deliver an end-to-end business case.
  • You will have a deep understanding of organisational efficiency and design, as well as expertise in change management methodologies.
  • You will have demonstrated leadership skills to successfully develop and steer teams towards growth and goal achievement.

  • You will have exceptional communication, presentation, customer service, and networking skills, as well as the ability to work closely with senior customer management across all phases of a project and provide guidance.
  • You will be proactive, energetic, motivated, and driving, with high travel readiness and excellent language skills in German and English, with additional European language skills being an advantage.
