Join our team at Porsche Consulting as a Praktikant (all genders) Human Resources - HR Services&Operations. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational day-to-day business, providing comprehensive guidance and steering of the entire Praktikant process, and participating in the organisation of events for students.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the operational day-to-day business
- Providing comprehensive guidance and steering of the entire Praktikant process
- Participating in the organisation of events for students
- Serving as a contact point for student employees and student advisors
- Integrating new students into the company through the organisation, implementation, and follow-up of onboarding events
- Continuously evaluating and improving the Praktikant process
- Supporting the processing of current personnel issues and labour law and personnel economic questions for our employees
- Independently processing current HR services projects
We are looking for a student with a degree in business administration, business psychology, or a related field, with a focus on human resources. You should have at least three semesters of study experience and ideally some practical experience in the field of personnel.
