Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to support its continued hyper-growth. The successful candidate will drive Anduril's success by bringing their compensation expertise to the leadership team and helping the company scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation programs and projects to enable Anduril to scale its People infrastructure.
  • Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams throughout compensation planning cycles.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses.
  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues.
  • Work closely with People Business & Talent Acquisition Partners on compensation issues and offers.
  • Lead change management and communications of compensation practices.
  • Spearhead Anduril's compensation philosophy and strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with various teams and 3rd party vendors.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working in Compensation.
  • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into key insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to track and drive multiple projects to success.
  • Passionate about educating and mentoring partners on compensation strategies.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a high-growth, hyper-scaling startup building compensation programs from the ground up.
  • Prior experience leading compensation program initiatives in a matrix-led organization.
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions, talent acquisition strategy, and executive compensation knowledge is highly desired.

Salary Range: $146,000-$194,000 USD
