Senior Technical Sourcer, Supply Chain

Anduril Industries is seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join its talent acquisition team, focusing on building its critical Supply Chain Organisation.

The successful candidate will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various strategic sourcing, supplier development, and logistics leadership functions to support its fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:
• Product Sourcing Engineering
• Global Sourcing and Category Management
• Supplier Industrialization Engineering
• Strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain analytics

• Develop meaningful relationships with prospective supply chain talent through tailored messaging and personalised communication
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and strategic procurement goals
• Analyse sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimise sourcing strategies and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven approaches
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced supply chain environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement recruitment within startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries
• Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Resilient and creative problem solver with flexibility in tackling challenges
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$194,000 USD per year.
