Recruiting Coordination Lead

The Recruiting Coordination Team at Anduril plays an integral role in helping the company grow and scale. As a Recruiting Coordination Lead, you will manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators responsible for high-volume scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators to ensure best-in-class candidate experiences and consistent scheduling operations.
• Design and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting logistics, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership, other coordination leads, and hiring managers to align coordination support with hiring demands.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resolving complex scheduling challenges and logistically demanding coordination requests.
• Monitor and report on key coordination metrics to help leadership drive strategic hiring initiatives.
• Onboard, train, and continuously develop new recruiting coordinators as the team grows.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience, with a proven track record of supporting high-volume teams or scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse) and modern scheduling tools (such as ModernLoop).
• Experience managing high-volume scheduling with complex logistics.
• Ability to track, interpret, and leverage recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize team performance.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a passion for providing an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to pivot and prioritize dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
