People Team Business Partner intern (July to December 2026)

At Cloudflare, we're on a mission to help build a better Internet. We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy People Team Intern who is passionate about the intersection of Human Resources and Artificial Intelligence.

You will be embedded in one of our global HR functions to drive project efficiency and help us pioneer the use of AI in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management & Execution: Supporting end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives, keeping timelines on track, managing stakeholders, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Process Optimization: Identifying manual HR workflows and leveraging AI solutions to automate and improve them, exploring ways to use generative and agentic AI to streamline employee communications and internal documentation.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyzing people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee engagement, and making recommendations to leadership.
• Knowledge Management: Maintaining and auditing our internal documentation and knowledge base, ensuring that employees have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information.
• Internal AI Advocacy: Becoming a power user and internal champion for our proprietary tools, helping the team leverage these platforms for smarter decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (open to all majors) or relevant HR program.
• Have exceptional organization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Possess a detailed-oriented mindset, catching data integrity issues that others may miss.
• Be familiar with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve business processes and team efficiencies.
• Be comfortable analyzing data and understanding how to use it to tell a story or solve a problem.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable pivoting between different teams and priorities.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes simply.
• Be able to commit to a minimum 12-week Fall internship between July to December 2026.
• Be available to work in-office 3 days a week in the Singapore office.
