OfferUp is seeking a high-impact People Business Partner (PBP) to join their 'small but mighty' People Team. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to managers, driving solutions that enhance the people experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Manager Coaching & Employee Relations: Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics.
- Manager Enablement: Develop toolkits and frameworks to equip managers with self-sufficient leadership skills.
- Program Design & Execution: Design, launch, and manage core people programs, including Performance Management and Engagement Surveys.
- Systems Power-User: Configure and report on Culture Amp, producing executive-ready visualizations.
- Content Optimization: Create professional toolkits and resources from internal frameworks and leadership philosophies.
- Global Administration: Manage the administrative lifecycle for nearshore professionals.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate cultural onboarding experiences for new hires.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. They will possess advisory skills, programmatic mindset, technical proficiency, analytical skills, and operational agility. Nice to have: experience with global workforce administration and EOR platforms like Globalization Partners.
