SG&A Finance & Accounting Recruiter (Contract)

As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be a specialized Contract Finance & Accounting Recruiter, responsible for attracting and hiring world-class Finance and Accounting talent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments of potential corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit candidates.
• Engage passive finance and accounting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized finance networks.
• Partner closely with Finance & Accounting Leadership to understand team needs and define role requirements.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on finance and accounting roles.
• Proven experience conducting thorough competency assessments and evaluating finance capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the finance and accounting landscape, including current industry trends and key certifications.
• Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships and driving strategic recruiting efforts.
• Clear and effective communication with finance candidates.
• Experience managing various funnels of finance candidates and keeping track of their progress.
• Highly autonomous but highly collaborative.
• Must be a U.S. Person.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Big 4 accounting alumni or candidates within high-growth corporate finance environments.
• Experience recruiting for senior to leadership-level finance roles.
• A strong network within the finance and accounting community.
• Multiple years of experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
