The Role
We are looking for an ERP/SAP Program Lead to lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. As an ERP/SAP Program Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. You will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. You will develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. You will collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. You will maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
You have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. You have substantial proven experience (10 years plus) working in client-facing consulting/contracting roles. You have a proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA. You have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel. You have the ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks, etc.). You have the ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling proposition for clients. You have experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. You have experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
