The following tasks await you:
- Implementation and configuration of Ivalua modules
- Consulting with the customer to analyze, optimize, and redesign sourcing and procurement processes
- Requirements analysis, conducting workshops, and discussing options and best practices with business and IT stakeholders
- Designing functional and technical solution concepts based on Ivalua
- Leading workstreams or sub-projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met
- Contributing to pre-sales and practice development activities
To be well-prepared for your path as a Senior Consultant Ivalua, you bring the following qualifications:
- A completed degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting, with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, and supply chain processes, supported by hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms and transformation projects.
- Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in Ivalua platform configuration, including advanced administration and technical capabilities, supported by L3 certification, SaaS architecture understanding, and ERP integration experience.
- A working style characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor, ownership of delivery responsibilities, and contribution to proposal preparation.

- Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
- Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days

- Language: Fluent in English & German at least B2
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
