As an AI Deployment Manager, you’ll own the moment where cutting-edge AI becomes real-world results. You’ll lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll own some of the most visible and impactful work at Cresta. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge AI used by leading enterprises. You’ll partner deeply with customers and see the impact of your work firsthand. You’ll collaborate with world-class teams across product, engineering, and GTM. You’ll help define what “great AI deployment” looks like at scale.
Customers launch AI solutions that actually get used,and drive real business outcomes. Deployments run smoothly, on time, and against clearly defined success metrics. Customers leave deployment confident, excited, and ready to scale. Internal teams rely on you to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives. You consistently turn complexity into forward progress.
Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations. Strong project management skills paired with a consultative, customer-first mindset. Comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics. Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable plans. Bias toward execution, outcomes, and ownership. Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Equity
