Leiter Produktion

As a Production Manager at V4Smart GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for entrepreneurial leadership and strategic management of Li-Ion round cell production.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire value chain of the product
• Ensuring automotive-quality standards in production
• Continuous development of work processes according to automotive standards, focusing on lean production principles
• Initiating and accompanying processes on both structural and shop floor levels
• Applying principles of modern employee leadership to promote motivation and results

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leading position in production at an automotive Tier 1 supplier
• Experience in a medium-sized or conglomerate-owned, producing company in the automotive production environment, preferably in battery cell production
• Broad technological competence
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods
• Sound knowledge in quality management, production planning and control, and process optimization
