Description
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Field Engineering team in Boston. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work with our Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest and most important accounts. Your goal will be to help these accounts become more data-driven by implementing our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading technical teams to implement our products and services in large and complex accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in these accounts
- Developing and executing technical strategies to drive business outcomes for our clients
- Collaborating with our sales team and technical peers to drive business growth
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in technical sales and account management
- Experience working with large and complex accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Java
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to have:
- Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure certification
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving change with data
Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $152,300 - $209,450 USD per year, depending on location and experience.
