Description
Join our newly established HR Shared Service Centre in Érd, Hungary. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and processing monthly payroll and benefits for our Austrian locations. You will also support the end-to-end salary and benefits process, process travel expense claims, and maintain employee data.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent German language skills (B2 level) and good English language skills. You will work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment with a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll and benefits for our Austrian locations
- Support the end-to-end salary and benefits process
- Process travel expense claims
- Maintain employee data
- Create reports and analyses
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, accounting, and controlling in Austria
- Support the smooth operation of the payroll process
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects in the Shared Service Centre
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a payroll specialist (knowledge of Austrian regulations is an asset)
- Completed commercial education (Matura, vocational school, or equivalent) and payroll specialist certification
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with SAP HCM and SAP Concur is an asset
- Excellent German language skills (B2+ level) and good English language skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and high sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a team in a structured and service-oriented environment
