Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team in Saint Désirat, Auvergne Rhône Alpes. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of production staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Implement and maintain standardized work processes, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Monitor and update production documents
  • Produce first pieces, accompany new employees, and conduct time studies
  • Assign operators according to needs and communicate with the production supervisor

Performance and Reactivity

  • Contribute to achieving HSE, quality, cost, delivery, and personnel objectives
  • Apply reaction rules and report alerts in a timely manner

Team Animation

  • Lead daily briefings and communicate KPIs
  • Train new employees and promote versatility
  • Provide regular feedback on performance
  • Ensure temporary replacements in case of absence

Continuous Improvement

  • Promote improvement ideas (process, materials, organization)
  • Participate in review of rejects and Control Tower actions
  • Ensure interface with quality, logistics, and maintenance teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a production or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and production processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with standardized work processes and TPM
  • Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles
  • Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
