At Databricks, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Software Engineering team in India. As one of the first Engineering Managers in the team, you will work with your team to build infrastructure and products for the Databricks platform at scale.
Our team is responsible for building resource management infrastructure, developing reliable and scalable services, and creating tools to allow Databricks engineers to operate their services across different clouds and environments.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems, software engineering leadership, and team management. You will be responsible for hiring great engineers, ensuring high technical standards, and working with engineering and product leadership to build a long-term roadmap.
