Join our team at Porsche Deutschland GmbH as a Customer Experience & Digital Services intern. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exciting and unique Porsche experience for our customers and interested parties across all channels. You will work closely with our sales team, dealerships, and market experts to define and implement customer touchpoints along the customer journey. Your key areas of focus will be: Customer Experience: You will work on the continuous development of our omni-channel sales strategy, including the creation of benchmark analyses. Digital Excellence: You will support cross-functional teams in the operational management and independent creation of marketing and sales initiatives in the context of "My Porsche App" and "Porsche Connect". Charging Projects: You will work on the expansion of the "Porsche Destination Charging" network in the German market. Decision-Making Basis: You will prepare management decision-making documents and meetings with representatives of the sales organization. Insights to Impact: You will work independently on continuous market research initiatives and customer satisfaction studies. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the world of Porsche and work on a variety of projects.
