Leiter Projektmanagement

As a Project Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinating and managing project teams, including assigning tasks and tracking progress
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans
• Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry, is essential.

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
