Description

We're looking for a customer services professional to join our team in Cardiff. As a customer services representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints, as well as working to retain customers and improve their experience. Experience in a similar role is essential, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll be working in a hybrid role, with three days spent in the office and two days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000-£28,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Work closely with the operations team to understand their needs and drive positive change across the business
  • Positively influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class service to customers
  • Improve the customer journey through customer feedback
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them in line with company process
  • Prioritise and manage your own workload and time
  • Sell and negotiate with customers to retain them
