Skilled Trade – Stationary Steam Engineer – Buffalo Stamping Plant (BSP)

As a Stationary Steam Engineer at Ford's Buffalo Stamping Plant, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing steam-powered equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair steam-powered equipment, including boilers, turbines, and pumps
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• Completed a bona fide apprenticeship or 8 years of previous experience in the trade
• Strong knowledge of steam power systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment
