Product Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to join our team in Shenzhen, China. As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with our R&D team, US PE, China PE, and Quality teams to ensure our new products are easy to manufacture. Your primary responsibility will be to drive manufacturing improvements through inline defects, repair and RMA returns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting and driving supplier quality, in-process quality control and outgoing quality issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring factory capacity (equipment, material and workforce) is in place to meet Corsair demand and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring resources are in place to react to low yield events in real time once in MP phase
• Improving production efficiency by reducing cycle time
• Locating in Shenzhen area to daily visit suppliers

Essential skills and experience include:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent
• Very good understanding of consumer electronics as a requirement, sim racing product is a plus
• Product Engineering or Quality experience of at least five years
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
