HSE Coordinator

We are seeking an HSE Coordinator to join our team at our Saint Désirat manufacturing site. As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental sustainability within your area of influence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Promote a culture of HSE within your area of influence
• Identify, evaluate, and implement actions to control professional risks:
• Working conditions and ergonomics
• Safety of people
• Environmental protection
• Identify non-conformities, potential improvements, and manage associated risks with full knowledge
• Train and animate teams
• Manage action plans and track their indicators
• Be the point of contact for the DREAL during inspection controls
• Present HSE reports and action plans to meet objectives
• Ensure regulatory vigilance

As an HSE Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You will work closely with teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that our site complies with all relevant regulations.
