At Charlotte Tilbury, we're looking for a Lead Artist to join our team in Singapore. As a true brand ambassador, you'll drive your personal and counter sales target through exceptional artistry and outstanding MAGIC service. You'll lead by example within your team, creating and driving magical customer experiences through appointments, masterclasses, and social content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building your own client base in-store and driving your personal profile to become a brand ambassador for your store
- Demonstrating a positive mindset and cooperative approach towards your work with management and colleagues
- Maintaining immaculate grooming standards and reflecting your makeup look in accordance with our grooming guidelines
- Driving local advocacy opportunities through your personal social channels and building your own profile
As a Lead Artist, you'll also be responsible for:
- Being an inspiration to the team, demonstrating expert artistry and leading by example
- Actively driving personal artistry progression and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
- Coaching the team and driving team KPIs
- Ensuring exceptional hygiene standards are maintained on the counter
You'll work closely with the Education Manager to identify artistry development needs and opportunities, conducting training with required artists. You'll also support Charlotte's backstage team through events, launches, press days, celebrity and VIP client appointments, and location services when required.
In addition to your artistic skills, you'll need to have strong commercial acumen, consistently delivering personal targets and KPIs of your own business. You'll work collaboratively with your Manager to review the business and put a plan in place to achieve counter targets and deliver number one sales results.
