As an R&D Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 4+ engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate with Product Management to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap for vECU simulation solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable simulation and testing solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation and smooth release execution.
