We are seeking a skilled and innovative Turbomachinery Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimising manufacturing processes for advanced turbine engines and their precision components used in our cutting-edge defence systems.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes for advanced turbine engines and their precision components, from concept to production. They will also specify, design, procure, and validate necessary tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to support production goals and process requirements.
In addition, the Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of turbomachinery designs, including DFx principles. They will also optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of progressive experience in turbomachinery component manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or high-performance industrial gas turbine industries.
They will also have experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably NX or similar, and familiarity with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
The salary range for this role is $129,000-$171,000 USD, and highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
