Microsoft are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager, Agentic Experiences at their Mountain View office. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning model capabilities into practical products that scale and serve users well. You'll work directly with research, engineering, and design to turn AI research into transformative products for Copilot, Bing, Edge, M365, and Azure.
About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager (PM) for the Agentic AI team, you'll architect solutions that reason, plan, and act across applications, the web, and the OS, empowering users to accomplish complex tasks with intelligence and reliability. You'll join a high-impact team dedicated to translating breakthrough model research into transformative products. The Agentic Experiences team thrives on rapid innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture that values curiosity, autonomy, and bold problem-solving.
Accountabilities
- Identify user workflows where AI adds clear value, basing decisions on data and user feedback.
- Turn model capabilities into specific product features, define MVPs, and refine them using user and business metrics.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 8+ years' experience in product management or software development.
Technical skills:
- Familiarity with experimentation tools, data analytics, and working knowledge of SQL or coding (Python, JavaScript).
Personal attributes:
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with a bias for action and inclusion.

- Product Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.
