Description
We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Leader for our Developer Experience team. As an Engineering Manager - UI Platform, you will lead a talented engineering team in UI Platform focused on making our frontend developer experience amazing. You will oversee sustained recruitment of top-tier talent, and developing talent on the team. You will build processes to implement product vision and strategy, according to organisational goals and priorities. You will build software that is not just high quality, but easy to operate. You will manage technical debt, including long-term technical architecture decisions, and balance product roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in web frontend development, with a strong preference for React-based applications. They will also have 2+ years leading and managing a high-performing engineering team. A passion for infrastructure, tooling, developer productivity, or performance optimisation and the ability to drive technical initiatives that improve overall team efficiency and code quality is essential.
The salary range for this role is $182,400-$247,000 USD.
