We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Silicon IP team. As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects across diverse teams, identifying and mitigating project risks, and reporting progress to leadership and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for customers on IP programs
• Manage project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams globally
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Report progress to leadership and customers
• Improve project management processes
