Description
As a Program Operations specialist at Anduril Industries, you will play a key role in supporting the Undersea Dominance program. This position involves developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure compliance with internal plans, customer contracts, and subcontracts. You will also create a plan for program execution, assign tasks, and coordinate with team members on roles and responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include tracking spending and associated funding limitations, ensuring deliverables and milestones are delivered in a timely manner, and monitoring compliance with program governance. You will also be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks in program performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong analytical abilities and a high detail orientation. You should be able to operate well in a highly regulated business environment and be willing to learn and apply federal regulations and contract requirements.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be a team player who can adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced technology business. You will also need to be able to interface with customers to support program requirements, coordinate deliverables, and maintain positive working relationships.
