Senior Battery Management System Engineer

At Honda, we're looking for a Senior Battery Management System Engineer to join our team. As a member of the Electrical & Electronics Architecture (EEA) Division, you'll be responsible for designing vehicles' electrical and electronics infrastructure, integrating and packaging battery-related software, and managing the Battery Management and Charge Balance system.

Key accountabilities include project and team management, engineering specification design, engineering troubleshooting, testing and verification of ECU specifications, improvement and innovation, documentation, and report concern items to Technical Leadership.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of an Associate level college degree in engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience working in the automotive industry or an industry with similar applications/technologies, effective communication skills, ability to cultivate and manage relationships, ability to manage time effectively, solid quantitative/analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, computer skills, ability to multi-task and work independently, acute attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.
