Senior/Lead CFD Engineer

As a Senior/Lead CFD Engineer, you will contribute to the development and optimisation of advanced systems in the motorsport sector. You will play a key role in simulation-based development activities, technical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution, supporting the creation of efficient and reliable engineering solutions within a context characterised by stringent performance and time constraints.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and realisation of advanced engineering solutions in a high-performance environment oriented towards innovation.
• Guide and support end-to-end engineering activities, from concept definition to validation and optimisation phases.
• Apply simulation-based methodologies to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability of systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., design, testing, production, and project management) to ensure project alignment and success.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and engineering methodologies.
• Analyse data from simulations and experimental activities to support technical decisions and performance improvements.
• Coordinate technical priorities and activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to challenging timelines.
• Support problem-solving initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and adoption of new technologies and approaches.
