Workday HCM Consultant (Senior Consultant / Principal)
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our Human Capital Management consulting team, supporting clients in delivering large-scale Workday-enabled HR transformations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and transformation programmes. You will configure and optimise Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Time and Absence, and People Analytics. You will translate business and HR requirements into Workday solution design, facilitate workshops, and provide subject matter expertise. You will also support global, multi-country transformation programmes and contribute to business development and practice growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years (Senior Consultant) or 8+ years (Principal) in Workday HCM or HR technology consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is highly appreciated
- Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in HR transformation and operating model design
- Workday certification preferred
