Senior Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Project Manager to drive end-to-end project execution for our audio hardware programs. As a key member of our Taipei-based engineering team, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving project execution for audio hardware programs completly
• Collaborating with internal teams (audio engineering, firmware/software, mechanical, electrical, ID, QA) and external partners (ODMs, CM/JDMs)
• Leading milestone planning, risk management, status reporting, design reviews, and schedule coordination
• Serving as the key liaison between Taipei-based engineering and Corsair's global stakeholders in the U.S. and other regions
• Ensuring that product specs meet Corsair’s performance standards, gamer expectations, and compliance requirements (FCC, CE, etc.)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management for consumer electronics, with a strong focus on audio products
• In-depth understanding of product development processes, including DFX, BOM management, and manufacturing handoff
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Bluetooth, USB-C audio, ANC, DSP, and acoustic calibration
• Track record of working with Asian ODM/JDM partners, ideally in the gaming or audio sectors
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or similar credentials are a plus
