Description
A Deployment Strategist at Palantir centres around leveraging data in operational and real-world action. You'll work with customers to turn their hunches into reality, synthesising disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, and where the impact could be.
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and pain points. You'll identify relevant datasets, work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data, and build bespoke workflows for new user groups. You'll lead training sessions, present results, and embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and pain points
- Identifying relevant datasets and working with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data
- Building bespoke workflows for new user groups
- Leading training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs
- Presenting results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives
- Embedding with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights
We value extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems, adaptability, and introspection. Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages is a plus. Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required, as is Swedish language fluency.
