Description
We're seeking a highly experienced FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV - Selenium/Playwright to join our team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in manual, performance and automation testing of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps. You will have deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in building, executing and maintaining Web Automation framework (Selenium, Playwright) and native IOS/Android mobile app Automation (XCUITest and Espresso) will be crucial in ensuring the quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in manual, performance and automation testing of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps
- Deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Highly experienced in building, executing and maintaining Web Automation framework (Selenium, Playwright) and native IOS/Android mobile app Automation (XCUITest and Espresso)
- Expert-level ability to test RESTful APIs and validate complex data dependencies in back-end insurance systems
- Insurance Domain Expertise Preferred but not required
- Must understand ADA WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to integrate tests into the development pipeline
Analyzing complex systems and test data to identify bottlenecks and improve software quality Acting as a bridge between developers, project managers, and stakeholders to report progress, communicate risks, and deliver constructive feedback Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements Designing comprehensive test plans, defining testing scope, risk analysis, and identifying necessary resources Interpret application requirements, perform exploratory testing and analyze test results Understanding of Agile methodologies *Define testing strategies, ensure, and manage team performance
Advanced knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, XCUITest, Espresso, and REST API Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration tools Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and testing strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
