FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV - Selenium/Playwright

We're seeking a highly experienced FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV - Selenium/Playwright to join our team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in manual, performance and automation testing of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps. You will have deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building, executing and maintaining Web Automation framework (Selenium, Playwright) and native IOS/Android mobile app Automation (XCUITest and Espresso)
• Testing RESTful APIs and validating complex data dependencies in back-end insurance systems
• Analyzing complex systems and test data to identify bottlenecks and improve software quality
• Acting as a bridge between developers, project managers, and stakeholders to report progress, communicate risks, and deliver constructive feedback
• Designing comprehensive test plans, defining testing scope, risk analysis, and identifying necessary resources
• Interpreting application requirements, performing exploratory testing and analyzing test results
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
