Project Manager

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end consumer electronics product development, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver quality, compliant, cost-effective launches on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, overseeing and leading new product development (consumer electronics – computer & mobile accessories) delivered on time to the agreed quality standard and cost
• Responsible for the entire product development cycle, until it reaches the market, including hardware development, software development, packing design, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain
• Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress and adapting work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines, overseeing cost & all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Conducting project review, optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Pre-requisites include:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years project management experience in project manager, product development or engineering
• Experience in working with manufacturers, suppliers and external resources to achieve project goals
• Self-starter who has shown track records in delivering phenomenal products to the market
• Experience and good knowledge in hardware development, packing design, software development, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team
• Willing to travel for business
• Preferably with related experience in consumer electronics industry
• Requires Mandarin language proficiency for business communication and PMP certification is an advantage
