We are seeking a talented MP&L Strategy and Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in helping us build world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to support the transformation of our Material Planning & Logistics function from our legacy MRP platform CMMS to the SAP S4/HANA Material Management Platform. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and help shape the future of our organisation.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define future MP&L business processes and design the MMP functional solution to ensure workable and industry-best solutions are defined for sustainable business. You will also be responsible for reviewing end-to-end business scenarios, devising UAT test cases, performing tests, and validating test results. Additionally, you will communicate project status, changes, and drive the changes to the business teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior SAP experience, breadth of material planning, production planning, and inventory management functional experience, and a strong understanding of key business processes and supporting systems. You should also have excellent communication skills, ability to lead and facilitate discussions amongst cross-functional teams, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
