Job Description

Fuse Energy is looking for a Head of Partnerships to own and scale our partnerships strategy end-to-end. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, launching, and growing high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term strategic advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Fuse Energy's partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives
  • Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships
  • Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics
  • Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders
  • Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
  • Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
